Trip descriptions
This program is organised specially for them who are tired of Cities, Sounds and Pollution’s. Relaxing ownself with meditation and practicing meditation with specialized teacher is the main aim of this program. Come and join. After this program we are sure you will feel yourself very different.

Itinerary

Day 01

KATHMANDU
Arrival transfer to hotel and rest of the time free. Welcome dinner at the hotel.
Overnight: Hotel Soaltee/Royal Singi.

KATHMANDU
Visit of Bhaktapur City, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Stupa and Swoyambhunath Stupa.
Overnight: Hotel Soaltee/Royal Singi.

Departure for Monastery for Meditation.
Overnight: Hotel Soaltee/Royal Singi.

Day 04

KATHMANDU
Meditation from 4 O’clock in the morning. The details of daily meditation routine are attached herewith.

Meditation.

Departure for Changunarayan visit, drive to Nagarkot for overnight. (Meditation also)

NAGARKOT - KATHMANDU
Drive Nagarkot to Namobuddha by road. Lunch and meditation practice in Namobuddha. Back to Kathmandu.

KATHMANDU - CHITWAN
Transfer to airport for Bharatpur flight. Upon arrival, receive and transfer to Chitwan National Park. Wildlife activities and meditation.
Overnight: Machan Wildlife/Green Mansions.

Wildlife activities and meditation.

CHITWAN - KATHMANDU
Morning Wildlife activities. Departure transfer to Bharatpur airport for Kathmandu flight. Balance day free in Kathmandu.
